Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I earn much less in my current position compared to what I could earn in a similar position in the industry. Further, I - and generally my team colleagues too - work quite a lot of overtime, including at weekends. I often feel the amount I get paid is not worth the amount of work I'm putting in.

It seems like there is not currently an effort to make pay bands that exist across teams for people of similar backgrounds, skill sets and job duties. Knowing that others who have less experience than you get paid more because they started on a different team is always disappointing.

Being able to work both with clients but still be very scientific. I still learn something new every day, which is motivating.

As part of the knowledge center I get to work on different projects everyday, meaning work is rarely repetitive and there is consistently a new problem solving challenge to throw yourself at. That, and the group of friends who I get to wok with every day.

Management to be patient and listen even more to their teams and their issues. Put more trust in their teams and show they are valued. Management should be 'servant leaders' i.e. making their team's lives easier. Redundancies mean that remaining employees may be left unsure about their future atRMS

We have been in a state for many years now where we have been unable to deliver the platform we have been attempting to, leading to a prolonged sense of being on the verge of something exciting but continuing to fall just short.

the 'grand vision' of an industry-transcending data model and platform hasn't taken hold over multiple iterations and attempts. there's something to be said for sticking with what we know, chasing the guaranteed $ rather than continually sticking necks out
