A strong sense that we're all focused around producing products the customers want. People really listen and care.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the flexibility I have to managed and prioritize my own work, and to take initiative on things I think need doing. I feel trusted.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough, and even though most of the manager I interviewed with were remote, they arranged an in-person interview at the local office so I could meet peers and get a sense of the culture, which I felt was very helpful.
