Open door policy and visibility.

What makes you most happy at work?

Customer Facing, Solving Customer Challenges, Team Work, and team get togethers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The engagement, Employee Resource Groups and interaction at the Atlanta Tower (best in class office environment).

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct team is not aligned and not clear on function of each persons role/responsibility based thus we are "all over the place".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued based on disconnect with direct manager, inclusion and seat at the table with customers and internal teams. Ongoing change and acquisition has create silos and no ones in direct OU seem to understand Salesforce.
