Informatica is by far the best company I have worked for. Everything from the benefits, the flexibility, the culture, to the work life balance is great. I could see myself staying at INFA for a very long time if my compensation was higher.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have only seen a 6% increase in the 2 years I've been here. I believe as a top performer and the U.S. inflation rate, it should be higher.
