Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The lack of contact from my manager and the fact that he is unwilling to use my knowledge and enthusiasm makes me think that my work is not fully appreciated. Of course, I would feel better in this situation if, despite the above, my basic salary was at a satisfactory level.
