I joined Informatica because of the team members I spoke with through the interview process and the way they described the culture. To this day that is something I can say is still true.

We are aware of our team members goals and are always finding ways to help each other achieve them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team puts a big focus on culture. Being remote employee they are always hosting online events where you are able to interact and get to know colleagues in different groups.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really put in a lot of effort to make remote employees feel like they are apart of the team. Lots of virtual events and webinars with a variety of interesting topics.
