I have worked for several global companies, and honestly our CEO is most personally connected and articulate that I've experienced. He draws us in. He refreshed our values so that the employee experience is fully represented alongside our customer's. Our company promises and delivers transparency.

Generally the team makes me happy and are supportive. We have each other's backs.

They really seem to care about providing and supporting an inclusive and equitable culture that values us and doing the right thing.

As a global company we never assume that one perspective is the only perspective. We don't say it, we live it.

We are a truly global team, so we always learn from and take cultural nuances into account. Everyone has the same goal: ensure that we meet employees where they are.

Our leadership team consistently demonstrate the importance of our values & culture in shaping how we do business. Pure and simple. They are advocates for our customers and our teams because both are needed to be successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love "meeting" with my global colleagues on zoom. There is never a dull moment! We share so many perspectives with each other and I'm always learning new ways to look at our teams and their priorities.
