I think we have really good health care plans, I love our unlimited PTO, and I love the stock options
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working on KTLO and new strategic efforts to deliver results daily. I love getting to work with my team. And I really enjoy working with my leadership team to build solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the level of respect that we all give each other is both unique and defining. People are nice to each other, but more then that, we listen to each other and work together to build and do things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team is intentional and transparent on our company goals, that they drive towards our culture values. I find our regular quarterly reviews to be informative and they team is always optimistic about our company and thankful regarding everyone's contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is the best team I have ever gotten to work with. People like their jobs and are happy and it bleeds over into everything! People are friendly, engaging, and get their work down. Its a collaborative culture and we are constantly acting as one team!
