Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because for the SDET role I am currently hired for, Average salary is higher than what I'm currently paid. I would feel better if I get some perk for the year 2022-2023, at least for the months I have contributed to my project.
