From the 1st day that I started at Informatica to now 4 weeks later, expectations are high, however with the kind of support that I have from my colleagues, I'm only but excited to see what the future brings. No start at a new company is ever easy or perfect, but this time it was nearly perfect.

Easy to get along with, can be myself, easy to talk to, very helpful and supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall spirit, friendly, welcoming, helpful and just made me feel part of the family from my first day. I have never experienced this kind of heartfelt and excited welcome that I received.
What makes you most happy at work?
The learning part, as I still have loads to learn which is challenging and exciting. And engaging with amazing people from all over the globe and a daily basis. It is multi-cultural and I love it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are direct, open, approachable, very supportive, helpful and there is always lots of communication about what is happening and the way forward. But above all, they really make me feel part of the team and appreciate my input and feedback. Make me feel valued!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have a team target and everyone works to achieve this. We are a small team, so it work perfectly and encourages great team work through lots of communication. This also enables us to share our knowledge, experiences and enables us to grow together.
