What makes you most happy at work?
Learning about new projects. Also my managers gives me projects I'm comfortable about and making sure I'm not burnt out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership in my team is extremely dedicated on what they are doing and also super willing to assist new hires on getting comfortable with the role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm super grateful to have my manager guide me through my 2 months experience in Informatica. He is a team player and makes sure I'm doing well and checking in if I'm satisfied with the job. He cares about my well being and making sure I'm not overwhelmed with the workload. Super great teacher.
