What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are approachable and transparent about everything.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing can be done to improve.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It is at the brink of extinction. There is nothing that can save it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

To be more open and transparent as team mates rather than supporting lot of red taping and politics.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Although being a top performer I was underpaid (compensation equivalent to someone 3-4 years younger) and then also laid off citing macro economic conditions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be responsible for the management of the company and take pay cuts rather than continuing to get millions in bonuses while laying top contributors at the lower levels. Stop being hypocrites and follow the company values by putting their foot where their mouth is.
