Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have moved from India to Canada. Whatever compensation is provided for my role is not as per the Informatica standards. I have received the pay as two to three levels below my designation. Hope, company would consider this request and make it align with salary structure of similar designation.
