Very positive. I feel valued and respected. It's a positive and collaborative work environment. Very little politics - everyone is focused on delivering results and doing their jobs to the best of their abilities.

I am having a great experience. Challenging and interesting job, great manager and peers, very positive culture, people genuinely like one another. The focus is on work results with little drama or "politics".

It's been great. Informatica has a very positive culture and is very results-oriented which I appreciate. politics exist but are minimal and don't usually get in the way of things getting done.
