Ive built a while career with the company and ive been lucky enough to have many exciting opportunities
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've given almost 20 years of my working life to the company and I have no regrets. I'm glad I stayed and I plan to stay longer. Even though I'm in my 20th year, I've never felt so positive and optimistic about where the company is headed. The best times are still to come.

Very little politics. People help each other

Stock plan which everyone got to participate in after the IPO

Working with my team and cross functuonal teams and getting things done

Straightforward, communicate well, completely ethical and trustworthy - they always do the right thing.

Clear and consistent mission which is enduring across multiple years but flexible and adaptable when it meeds to be.

Great people and culture. Ive heen here 18 years and its a big part of what has kept me here

People help each other and there is very little politics. It genuinely feels like everyone is focused on doing the right thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting stock builds a strong sense of ownership and buy in. I feel like I have a stake in the success of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm in my 20th year with the company and the people are a huge part of what keeps me here and what makes me happy. My colleagues are fantastic and having worked in both EMEA and North America, each for 10 or so years, the feeling is consistent in each region.
