Its nice. The what's are clear and there is freedom for 'Hows'. what else one could ask for.

each one is clear on their roles, least reminders or followups as they understand their responsibilities , each one having a teaming behaviour as none believes in being sole start and they come forward without asking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open. They talk honestly and thats the reason I have respect for them. Some times some action may not be as myself or someone else may like it, but the point is they talk about it openly and have the dialog.
