My experience has been very good. I have felt like part of the team from the beginning.
The pay and the "rewards".
The inclusion of everyone and the charitable and helpful atmosphere.
They seem to truly care about employees wellbeing and all around health.
That they seem to care and are trying to understand the needs of the employees.
The pay, which to me reflects how much they care about me as an employee.
Everyone seems to be able to get along and work together. I feel we all get along and make our environment very comfortable.
Being busy and actually working. When I have busy days I feel like I accomplished something and not to mention my day goes by faster.
With the exception of one team member I feel our team works great together and without the one team member we can thrive and work together with ease.
For my small local team we work very well together. It actually feels like a team effort and not like "that's your job and this is mine." Everyone shares in all the hard work.
Being left to do my job and not micromanaged. I am an adult and was hired to do a job and I am pretty much left to do said job like a person and not some child that has to be told what to do.
