The overall environment is positive and there's a sense that we're all working together to achieve something great, for both the company and for us as individuals.

The team is very supportive of each other, respects each other's skills and is always there to lend a helping hand whenever its needed. It's a fun team as well!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Informatica is at the low end of the "equitable" pay rate for comparable companies, especially for people who are the top performers. If you're not in a technical field, you don't have much leverage for justifying a pay raise.
