everyone is super friendly. we all have the same beliefs about the company which makes it easier to stick around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better healthcare, more incentives, higher bonus, a promotion in the near future. It appears I wont be close to getting one for atleast 2 years which makes me not want to stay
