I love my work. I feel extremely good when Informatica gets users/subscriptions out of the project and use cases I have been involved in.

Transparency and Freedom to experiment. Also that they are approachable. The leadership team hears everyone and always take right decision. Moral support and encouragement.

There is no micromanagement and there is freedom to own the project, I feel like it is more of my own project and work. There is good amount of appreciation on every innovative task I take up, which inspires me to incline to take up challenging tasks
