The overall experience is great. Few things I feel that can improve - my compensation, team activities, personal benefits, employee engagement activities like some gifts etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did get a good percentage hike. I am very happy about that. But for the role I am currently in, the compensation I am being offered is not fair. I came across some offers for candidates with lower experience and lesser roles, with higher compensation than the one I am getting currently.
