Collaboration over competition, willingness to share knowledge, and their ever-present support in the face of adversity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My favorite part about Informatica is how welcoming and supporting your managers and teammates can be. No matter what I've faced professionally or privately, they've been there to support me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they put the employees first in many of their decisions. So far, I've never felt like they put profits over people and I hope that remains the same in the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is probably more directed towards all companies in general rather rhan Informatica, but I wish compensation included years spent with a company (basically loyalty) since most of the time your compensation may just be incremented annually to match a new hire in the same role.
