As an organization, company is extremely open and cascade the information to employees proactively. Only concern is retaining with the employees. With any external reason, company doesn't give any opportunity for employees to look for roles within to explore before making roles redundant.

Work and learning are good in this org. Only challenge is planning of resources and work. We need to plan the resource onboarding planning the work for long time. Cannot be hire/fire model basis the work
