What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am sorry but I don't see any particular and relevant aspect. I would answer the approach of my coworkers and manager is very friendly and supportive. My sales team is great, but other than that.. Informatica offers nothing to me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have a clear career plan My workload does not respect my salary I took on diverse and important responsibilities to keep up with my work, but I have never been compensated I had no choice but to accept a different commission plan which now penalizes my performance based on the region(italy)
