I enjoy my work life balance at INFA. I'm also happy with the way Informatica evolved amidst the changes in the industry. I'm happy to come to work every day because I love my teammates.

Helping customers achieve their outcomes and helping INFA grow at the same time. Learning about new technology trends as they come up and evolve.

I love the fact that we have a path to feedback to our leadership team and that they seem to care about what matters to us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
INFA has some of the best people to work with, the spirit of collaboration and 'act as one team' is a daily reality here in my opinion. I am very grateful for the multi-cultural background of our teams as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Informatica is a melting pot and we embrace this diversity in the way we engage and interact. At INFA we care for working hard but we also respect the personal aspect our our lives. We strike a good balance that is hard to find elsewhere.
