Positive culture, friendly work environment, supportive managers, great colleagues, quality work, ample solution to improve tech skillset, appropriate merit recognition and in the downside there is bad lunch spread which never improved in the last 8 years.

The sense of being responsible is engraved in the culture deeply which I find extremely positive.
