Overall experience is satisfactory. Pros: Average pay Cloud based work is new and interesting. Cons: With most team spread across US and India, late night meetings are there most of the days. Hampers work life as expectation is to work till late at night. Perks are not comparable with good comp

Team has some very talented engineer who want to work on great ideas. Enthusiasm and New energy makes the team interesting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is the annual increments which are given to the employees. That motivates employees to keep working hard for for next 1 year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More interesting work. Less repetitive work. Fun activities have reduced and team outings have reduced post covid. Business Travel is restricted and very less.
