Employee voices are heard and acted upon. Management really believes in investing on employees from an overall perspective. Keep it up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Needs parity. At present, there is a lot of disparity in compensation, some juniors earning more than seniors is also a true case at times.
