Excellent, gives me plenty of opportunities to work on scaled and big enterprise and challenge myself on how to manage and improve it.

Collaborative and supportive. Makes me want to push myself and give my best everyday.

The basic pay, though the stock options are very less compared to other product companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The setup and ease of Office access. I like to work on 2 monitors and I am glad we are setup in that way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constant push for innovation and challenge existing norms to build a better system and infrastructure for our customers. Being part of Customer IT Enablement I would say we are on the right path. Kudos!!!
What makes you most happy at work?
The desk setup along with the journey to the office. Twice a week works absolutely best to maintain the mental balance which would be lost if we are working all week or working in an office all week.
