Very open, inclusive and friendly.

Driven, professional, friendly, for most part very easy to work and collaborate with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Career development beyond certain point becomes incredibly difficult. The amount of work and expectations are not proportional to the salary. I don't believe I have ever got a raise (despite asking for it) beyond what was result of career development (getting promoted) or yearly tiny increases.
