The relaxed company culture and good compensation make working here easy and enjoyable. The mission of the company is a bit removed from my personal values, but I think our customers appreciate the products. Company leadership can be opaque and flowery about our goals but I think that's normal.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of an Employee Resource Group greatly increases my happiness at work. Getting to regularly connect with people at work who align with my underrepresented identity helps me to feel seen and understood.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is relaxed and not stressful. We're never expected to work overtime except in very rare urgent cases (which have happened only once or twice in the 4+ years that I've been here). It's easy to take time off for leisure and for appointments. My manager cares about me as a person.
