company that changed a lot in the last 3 years, sometimes postively, but often negatively where employee feels that he/she is only a number on an excel sheet and a cost for the company. It was not the case before going public.

salary not aligned with other Data/Cloud sw vendor, on top of Infa image . hard to retain/hire the best on the market
