Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The changes to the sales compensation plan coupled with our growth targets, has lead to an almost 50% cut in our ability to make good $$$.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The changes to this year's compensation plan were hugely negative. Charging the sales team for the past ARR for products that customers have turned off for the past 12+ months is wrong. That ARR is dead. We should be able to sell new deals and get ARR without getting carved for old on-prem stuff.
