This is my 20th year here. I would not have held on this long, if it did not give me a great experience. This is my place. I would not want to trade it for something else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity, comradery, the overall idea that we can make a difference and no one is left behind. We DATA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that EVERYBODY works as and feels as part of a collective. A bigger picture. Lone Rangers and ego's do not do well here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom I have to do what I believe is best for the company and the trust given to me to represent Informatica and the company's interests. It is very empowering.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team CARES about a safe and inclusive work environment. This is a company where long term goals prevail over short term tick boxes. Where stakeholder value is more important than shareholder value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the RSU's and the ESPP plan. I'll be honest; I have been offered more salary to work for other companies. But money is a short term incentive. Informatica could look into other incentive types as part of the compensation package as well. Something that allows us to give back to our community
