Years after years serving informatica with total Integrity. With last years lay offs always feel very insecure, what if I am next. Also for GCS if employee is for more than 10 yrs in organization (work exp in India and USA) there should be more annual leaves.

Provide competitive salary for Bay area GCS employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we take Kaiser insurance, per pay cheque deductible for family has high amount.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all IN. They are handling on prem DQ product that was USA DQ team can focus on Cloud DQ handling. Team is supporting our legacy products.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working I like but physically being present to work each day will have huge impact on my work, family and on my health. Daily cannot spend 4 hours in commute.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hybrid mode helps to take care of work in productive way ( by putting hrs of commute to rather work ) and family balance is better. In past we used to get good gifts like hoodies, or Infa logo t shirts, bottles etc. We need to get that .
