The pay and benefits are outstanding. The work-life balance has been pretty good but is slowly starting to erode in favor of 'performance culture'. My coworkers are amazing individuals - the employees here are great. These are the primary reasons why I choose to stay.

Our execs have gotten greedy and focus more on stockholders and short-term ways to inflate our share prices and keep things looking great on paper while squeezing employees and diluting the value of our services to save a buck.
