Having worked for a number of companies, Salesforce is certainly the best. The culture, aspiration and drive of the company remains undimmed, and in general it is well led.

They work hard, demonstrate high integrity, are fun to be with and are all well-intentioned.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job content: I get to do fun, meaningful work. I also love managing people, and I get do a lot of that too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's generous - Tech pays more than most sectors, but you can also live a values' driven life, which is not true of many other well-paying sectors
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's open and engaging; there is always something going on that needs to get done; although we go through ups and downs, you know that the downs rarely last > 6 months...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are some very strong, values' driven leaders in the LT. Given that we are still 'founder-led' there is strong consistency in both our approach to planning and to messaging which is great for continuity. The LT Is also open to feedback, as part of our culture.
