
Nothing. Everything positive has been diminished. T&E investments to see colleagues, prof dev opps limited, benefits continue to decline (i.e. my copays doubled on the same exact plan) - things are slowly and constantly getting worse and I'm left wondering why I should stay.
Our shifting hiring strategy to hubs has led us to compromise the profile of a Salesforce employee. I no longer work with the smartest people out there - I work with a lot of average people who can pass an interview and get hired bc they live in a cheaper local.

I'm doing the role of 3 people currently with no material benefits or career growth. We never realigned strategy after the mass layoffs and everyone left has been closing those gaps. Pay more equitably for work people are doing. We moved the ball for role so now Dir do RVP work VP - RVP etc.
