As a fairly new joiner, the onboarding process was great. Very comprehensive and a great way to meet fellow new joiners in the same region - everyone does the onboarding together at the Dublin training centre. I've also met with my team and started getting to know them as well as being given a buddy

The people and their willingness to help each other to get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork, diversity, experience levels. An all round great bunch of people to work and socialise with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not clear as to what the pay bands are for each job role/level in the region (UK).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear with the objectives of what we are trying to achieve as a company and how/what we need to do to get there.
