Since the layoffs and restructuring there has been a sharp decline in promotions. Not because of the performance culture program but because people are lost in the system or in a "parking lot" with a temporary manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is detached from the reality of what is happening at the lower levels of the company. Employees are burnt out, struggling for recognition and not being heard. Too many people who don't do our job are making decisions on how the job should be done. We are losing top talent because of this
