My team is collaborative and mutually supportive. Our managers care about their direct reports and show it. Really kind of amazing when I think about it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It varies by business unit. Sales has a very different experience and culture than engineering, and engineering than customer-facing roles. In my wing, we really do care about the customer's experience, and that Other-focus extends to how we treat each other.
