My experience has changed significantly over the years I've been here. I really enjoyed it in the beginning. The RTO mandate has changed my outlook. I have made my number every year & always worked remotely. I will be looking at other career opportunities bc I do my best work remotely.

Being in the zone and helping my customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my specific leadership team in my vertical. I think they are good communicators and truly try to support the AE's.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has changed significantly since I started here. I still like it - just not as much. I'm really disappointed in executive leadership's push with RTO. Particularly when the Founder & CEO has said he works better from home. If AE's make their number, why do you care where they work?
