My boss trusts me to get my work done and lends me support when I ask
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is sales but I don't have any incentives for spiffs and my team quota ties to products I don't even sell
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to get a PR team to change the sentiment of employees. People are bitter, nervous about layoffs, aggressive with one another. It wasn't always like this
