Rollercoaster. I was hired to do one role, but as the company changed my role has too. There are regularly competing priorities that make it difficult to focus and give the necessary level of effort to each. Investing in India is making it more difficult work as a team. Feels like we're competing

The investment in team activities (VTO, social, town halls, etc.) every quarter.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Diversify benefits/perks. Right now there are a lot of great benefits for parents (especially with young kids), but it would be great to see more perks for people who don't have kids (expand wellness benefits, pets, commuter, etc.).
