It has proven VERY difficult to move around or up at this company. I feel stuck. If the economy were different, I'd be long gone. Instead I focus on the balance and the benefits I have. I get fulfillment from my VTO vs my actual job. Benefits are great - it's everything else that could stand improv

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's been no raise in 3 years. Promotions are a joke. Every time you think you've done what's expected, they move the bar. I've also seen more bench time than any other time in my career. Consultants are trapped by their OU
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is hard to describe. The folks that roll into my manager - I only interact with at team mtgs. They seem great. My Main Team is my project team. What I like most is that we're all working towards a common goal of doing right by our customers
