Compensation is fair, plus very strong benefits. Usually it's one or the other but it's a nice balance here.

It's a team oriented culture & your working hours are respected. There is no micro-managing and we have flexibility where needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, everyone is kind and respectful towards one another. We laugh and enjoy each other's company, and do a VERY great job helping each other.
