There is a family atmosphere of sorts at Informatica and while it's not easy from a remote region, there is an effort to share and stay connected. Not having an office in our city (a very large one of 9M) certainly seems short-sighted so I would like to see that change over time.

Decent coverage for medical (not great) but poor coverage for eye and dental

the freedom to run my own business within the company and leadership that lets me do that without micromanagement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My sales leadership team is aligned with our strategic objectives and we are all pulling the same direction. How we "pull" is always open for debate but that is healthy.
