The team I am part of has understanding, empathy and compassion, they also are just fun people.

Although the leadership team is focused on numbers, I also equally feel the leadership team is focused on employee well being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have been lucky enough to have earned great salary increases and 100%+ of my bonuses, the health benefits are great but what I love most is the amount of time I am able to take off when needed without feeling guilty.
