The territories and comp plans used to support making a good living. With the cuts in territory size & reductions in the comp plan, that is no longer the case. We are being micromanaged, having multiple calls/week to review the same opportunities over & over, by different people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This year was a failed experiment to add many more sales people and reduce the number of accounts we have by 75%! While the quota came down by about 20%, the comp plan was slashed at the same time. This reduced my compensation by more than 75% and made it difficult for the new hires to earn a living
