Strong message and direction, very focuced. We struggle as an old company that need to change but is attached to old processes and culture. It is nice to feel the good energy of our CEO and the whole message the company wants to communicate.

People has a personal will to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering good results to a customer that had personally commited during the sales cycle. Giving back good results is an awesome experience.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People should be considering process review to make people's life better, we suffer unecessary stress due to bad internal policies and processes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders have good energy, commitment and dedication. They can exercise empathy and I do feel they really car about myself as an individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid by the company since the day I have begun, when I was hired for the smallest ammount posible far out my real potential value, HR should be more careful to support management in the hiring process. I have moved to a new position and few months later I have noticed it had happened again
